Notice of Non-Discrimination

The Institution provides policies and procedures that are compliant with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Any individual who believes that she or he has been discriminated against has the right to seek relief and to be free from retaliation by members of the learning community.

Aviation Institute of Maintenance
Please be advised that individual employers, many externship sites, and
specific certification administrators unaffiliated with the institution
may have regulations or policies that could limit or prohibit acceptance
into employment, externship opportunities, or certifications for
persons who have a history of a criminal conviction for a felony,
certain misdemeanor crimes, or any crime involving the elderly or
persons under the age of 18. The institution affirms that it is
the responsibility of the student entering a program to ascertain if
their individual history may prevent employment, externship or
certification in their chosen field of study.
